Arrive anytime after 12 noon.
5:00 pm - Happy Hour - BYOB - M-Z bring appetizers to Clubhouse 2
6:30 - 8:00 pm - Potluck Dinner in Clubhouse 2
8:00 - ?? - Celebrity Faces Game, Cards or LCR dice game afterwards
Saturday, May 21st
8:00 - 9:30 am - Continental Breakfast in Clubhouse 2
10:00 - 11:00 am - Business Meeting
Lunch on your own.
1:00 - 3:00 pm - Technical Seminar in the great outdoors
1:00 - 3:00 pm - Crafts for the Women in Clubhouse 2
Free time for Bocce Ball, Horseshoes, Putting Golf or just Relax
5:00 pm - Happy Hour - BYOB - A-L bring appetizers to Clubhouse 2
6:30 - 8:00 pm - Catered BBQ dinner in Clubhouse 2
8:00 pm - Cake & coffee will be served for the April & May Anniv. & Birthdays.
8:30 pm - ?? - Our Big White Elephant Exchange will begin. After that if you still want to do something, there is a band that is playing up at the rec. center next to the office where they have karaoke and dancing into the night.
Sunday, May 22nd
8:00 - 9:30 am - Continental Breakfast in Clubhouse 2
10:00 - 11:00 am - Say your good-byes and have a safe trip home.
If some of you are interested, there is a Flea Market next door to Betabel that is free to get in. There is Food and Produce, as well as new & used items and music & entertainment.

Everyone is to check in at the office first to get a site map and a site number, and if anyone wants to stay longer than the 2 nights they will get a special rate of $25 per night.
